We couldn't be happier with the look and function of this tap. We purchased our taps sometime before we built our home. We were amazed when we first opened the packages. I even opened them several times on weekends before building to admire them. The taps are top quality and beautiful. The after sales service was incredible which is rare these days.

This is the most divine tap and I absolutely love it.
The customer service from Designer Tapware Co and from Cantebury Taps was exceptional. I have not before felt so looked after and considered as the customer. Both companies went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and were really friendly and knowledgeable.
A truly lovely shopping experience.

Tap is beautiful and arrived in record time. My only complaint is that it does sometimes drip and the water pressure is very low. Also the handle sort of 'jiggles' and seems a tad loose, however these things could all be down to the plumber who installed it. Overall quality is clearly very high. I've seen some people complain about tarnishing/water marks... THAT'S WHAT NATURAL BRASS DOES PEOPLE 😅
If you're not prepared to maintain it like a piece of art, go buy a stainless steel one from your local department store.
