Refund policy

Designer Tapware Co have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit/Gift Card as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect product selection. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit/Gift Card will be the final amount you paid for that item. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website. 

- Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition 

- Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

- Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please open & inspect your goods immediately on the date of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: You need to notify us within 24 hours, Failure to do so will void warranty.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable products are special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit/Gift Card which you can use to place a new order.

Once your return is received, Store Credit/Gift Cards processing time can take 3-4 business days.
